This bust located at Mascouche celebrates Pierre Legardeur, Sieur of Repentigny, admiral of the fleet and director of transport to New France. The bronze sculpture was made in 1910 by the famous Canadian sculptor Louis-Philippe Hébert.

The conservation treatment carried out by DL HERITAGE consisted of through repairing and cleaning of the plinth followed by the treatment of bronze corrosion and application of wax to the surface, thus restoring the powerful presence of this important 17th-century figure.
